Warm up

October 24, 2016 by Janielle Kastner in Bad Poetry

How is it
That whenever we are doing a warm-up
Bent over, touching our toes
And are asked to slowly rise to a standing position
Stacking one vertebrate at a time
That I am always the very last one to rise
Does no one know how many vertabrae we have
We have hundreds
Or at least dozens
But still
I don't think anyone is taking this seriously
